Hi, i`m having problems with my partner van just that sometimes the glowplugs come on sometimes they dont engine can be hot or cold doesnt make any ods! have put new plugs in new relay and new battery ... i`m now getting a little lost with it ...Can anyone assist me?

assuming relay feed voltage constant?i seem to recal that some were fited with an additional temp sensor int the water jacket.situated next to the sensor for temp guage on engine ,this was feeding engine temp to glow plug relay,not much to go on but you seem to have covered all else.try that
