still blowing cold?

replaced the element in my indesit tumble dryer number 1s70c.there was a fault on inspection.
but it still blows cold can any one help.

there is a problem with the thermostats which sit on top off the heater box,all 3 thermostats come in a kit. you can purchase these parts from this website. www.candmdomesticappliances.co.uk

Ps the model number is IS70C not 1S70C
