creda condenser dryer 37747 how do i check the thermostats?

My creda condenser dryer model 37747 is tumbling with no heat.
How can i check to find out what is broken?
Hope someone can help an absolute beginner!

it isn't stright forward as the stats are found in different places and you will need a multimeter to check the continuity of the stats and the heater don't do anything with the mains on
