fix feed dogs on Kenmore 385.17626?

feed dogs/ feed teeth move up and down, but not forward to back -- fabric does not move at all--stitching only in one place.

Check the obvious first, make sure you have your stitch length set, if that is okay look under the teeth to make sure the screws have not come loose.
