How do I get my passenger seat fixed?

My passenger seat in my citroen saxo has the lever which moves it forward and back stuck in the up position. When I brake the seat goes forward and I can't get it unstuck

seats are an important part safty first depending on your saxo model you can go to ebay and buy a new one for fairly cheap and this way you could even upgrade you interior to a vts interior much more comfortable
