Technika 40" LCD TV wont come on!?

My tv was working perfectly fine and after getting up this morning it wont come on. The power light is flashing but i cant get any picture or sound.

I have a Technika 32" doing exactly the same thing.....
Its just 2 weeks out of the 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
