Ariston AWD121 won't drain or complete cycle?

I have an Ariston ventless AWD121 washer/dryer combo. It won't drain and doesn't complete a wash cycle.

My awd12 had similar fault. If the drum will not turn it might be the corbon brushes on the motor.

Probably has something caught in the motor... mine had a bobby pin and it did the same thing. You have to manually drain it before the door will open. Then open up the compartment on the front lower right hand side and take out whatever is in there.
