KAWASAKI KZ750 L1 , 1982, WONT START ?

HOW CAN I GET HER STARTED, ? PROJECT IS FINISHED, GOT SPARK BUT NOT TO BRIGHT A SPARK, ENGINE TURNS OVER ON STARTER OK, PETROL GETTING TO CARBS, CHANGED PLUGS, GETTING A WEE BIT FRUSTRATED NOW, ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

had this before with long term rebuilds.my theory is the entire engine is too cold preventing the fuel from staying vapour and condensing inside causing a super rich mixture.what i used to do was put battery charger on highest starting setting,manny amps.if not availiable ,try easy start gas(garages/motor factors)this is a highly volotile gas mix that stays vapour.spray a SMALL amount into the air box/intake while holding throttle partialy open,engine should cough into near life.juggleing throttle and spraying SMALL AMOUNTS OF easy start into intake eventually it will run on its own supply of fuel.DONT SPRAY TOO MUCH IN AT FIRST
