sounds like your thermal cut out switch has been activated ,you may be able to reset this rather than replace it ,you will find it by removing back cover of machine pretty sure it`s sited behind heating elements and held with 2 screws on rear panel ,there will be two cut out switches (disc shaped about the size of a penny with 2 spade connectors)on one of the switches you will find a small hole press a pin through this hole till it pushes the face of cut out switch back out ,you should hear it click.that should fix it.
