Computer say"s incresing vertual memory?

increasing vertual memory , can anyone tell me what this means and should I take any action about this if so what do I do and how

When mos (if not all) computer operating systems run out of real memory RAM, they 'page' parts of its contents out to disk. That prt of the disk is known as Virtual Memory. The more things you run on the PC the more memory is needed. (You are obviously running a lot on your PC.)

If you have Windows XP and at least 512Mbytes of memory don't worry. just let Windows get on with manging your virtual memory. If you have less then add some more RAM.
