I have a brother 4011 sewing machine and the problem I have is that I cannot get the needle to pick up the lower thread. I have checked the tension on the spool which seems okay and have lost the manual.
Can't grt tension right , lost manual , and can't remember which Button is upper and which is lower tension

same here lost mannell my machine keeps catching on the inner spool, and then i easyed the tensern on top on the wheels both sides,
