How do you change the front bearings in a white knight CL447WV tumble dryer?

need to know where to locate and how to change the front bearings

there arn't any bearings as such in the front of these.they are bits of hard plastic that the drum rest on.to get to them you remove the back panel and lift the whole drum assembly out.
