How to replace belt on Kenmore canister vacuum carpet head?

The brush and beater head does not rotate, I suspect the belt is broken. How do I access the belt in order to replace it...?

Lift up the light cover and you will find 2 screws. Those release the whole bottom assembly. It is easy from there. I found the belt online and called the 800 number. 1 800 955 7075 Appliance Factory Parts
