i keep on geting a info box poping up saying i need to
debug, but it doesn't say how to doit. Can someone
explain how,

You don't need to debug...this is just annoying ad ware ..its a small program which u have downloaded whilst on internet,its purpose is to annoy u enough to buy software to "debug". run a free cleaner like ad aware get it at www.download.com for free.
