How can I get mould off of my Saab 900 Soft Top?

I have tried to get spots of mould off of my recently acquired Saab 900 Soft Top with Turtle Cleaner/Conditioner with no avail. Could anyone enlighten me on how I can do this as the Cleaner did not work...Or is there a black paint or something I can put over it!!!
