speedfight wont take throttle?

i recently got my peugeot speedfight on the road and it was going well until it cut out one day. Now when i start it up it will run perfect until it heats up then it just wont take any throttle?
Can anyone help?

i think its a fualt with the electricks cos thare is a cut out feture when they over heat
