How can I fix my Net2phone 2-port Gateway Ver 1.0?

While setting up a Net2phone 2-port Gateway Version 1.0 in our internet cafe, the engineer lost the Username and Password. We are not able to use the Gateway to make international calls. Can you help to re-set the the Username and Password of the Gateway please.
