What is the safest way to get a monitor clean from such things as fingerprints, dust, etc?

that all depends, if it is just fingerprints and dust; then a peice of (clean) toilet paper or a kleenex will work just fine. but if it isnt enuff, then unplug the moniter power cord and blow hot air on it so it fogs up and wipe it again with kleenex. the same principle goes for pretty much anything with a screen. k?
