Peugeot 206 "juddering"?

O the way to work, my 206 (year 2000, 2.0 Hdi) was "juddering" when i stopped at traffic lights, and before i turned the engine off when i parked up. Any idea's what's wrong?

mines been doing it for the last week when I start it up in the morning, I thought it was the cold making it play up, as after a minute it would run smooth again.
But it did it today as I was driving so I pulled over to check it.
There seemed to be oil leaking underneath, so checked the oil breather pipes and they were clogged with 'mayonaise' so I suggest you check that.
My boyfriends dad and my dad are both mechanics and said it is more than likely a mix of that and the HT leads.
I'm checking over mine now and cleaning out the breather pipes. Once that's done gonna start it up and see if that helps. If it still judders I will try the HT leads.
Don't take it to a garage they will rip you off. The breather pipes come off easily and are easily cleaned with hot water and lots of tissue (make sure the pipes are totally dry before putting them back!)

if its a brake judder your brake discs might be warped. or juddering just above idle could indicate a problem with an engine mount
