Fabric conditioner stays in draw?

I have taken draw out and cleaned thoroughly,water runs through,i have tried to clean inside of housing.I have diluted conditioner,but still will not go in to machine.Bosch Classixx 1200 express

We have a Bosch Classixx 1400 Xpess as well and we have the same problem,

We are going to call Bosch on Monday and if they give us an answer, we'll let you know.
