I have a peurgot speedfight 2, iron-x air-cooled, 49cc ,07 model?

The scooter starts and ticks over ok, but when given full- throttle the power dies on me we though we had a fuel blockage but, we have drained the fuel tank and found no blockages, has anybody else had similar problems?

if you have an under seat storage space make sure anything like clothing is not blocking air supply to filler cap vent
