Suddenly my computer has stopped playing Flash animations. There is just a white hole on pages where the animations should be. I would like to uninstall the Flash Player and reinstall it. This will probably do the trick, but I can't see how to uninstall Flash Player.

Can anyone help?

I found the problem and so thought I should add a note here.

The problem was being caused by my Firewall Zone Alarm Pro. Settings on this had been changed. In the Custom Privacy Settings the four Mobile Code options were enabled. These (specifically "Block Embedded Object (java, ActiveX)") prevented Flash Objects from playing.
