henry hoover will not switch on ? i.e dead?

when plugged in henry will not start when flicking the switch.

any suggestions?

My on/off switch burned out killing My Henry. Opened it up and bypassed it (can now only switch on/off at wall socket). Another temp fix that will end up permanent

Most likely the main switch has failed.

My sugestion is take the motor out and check the Carbon Brushes sounds like they a probably worn. Replace and try
