TomTom has x through 2 hands on the card?

when i switch on TomTom it displays a red x on top of memory card as if it cant read it what can i do?

warning only do if tomtom has been backed up:

plug your tomtom in to pc

save your map somewere

delete eveything from device and card

and restore

on tomtom home

if it does not work contact tomtom*

* only tested on tomtom one / xl
