Error code E11 on hotpoint WM74P machine - how can I fix it?

My machine fills with some water at start of cycle, then after about 5/10 mins it beeps with the above error code and check water supply.

Replace valves. Probably main wash valve coil open circuit. Takes in water first through pre-wash valve.
