Miele T220 drum not turning?

How do I get in to see if the belt is broken? Heat still being produced but drum not turning round. What else could it be? 3 years old.

You can take the lid off to see if the belt is broken,Also it could be an electronic or motor fault you would need to run a component test to isolate the fault.
