Well, I do admit that it is my fault why I got this. I tried downloading a GBA rom from a site and when I started to load it up, my AVG started to respond telling me that proxy.ABK infected my PC. I have used my Ad-Aware SE (updated), Spyware doctor (updated) and Norton Anti-virus (liveupdated) but nothing helped. Help!

Download a programme called "Spybot Search and Destroy".
Type in Spybot to a search engine, once downloaded click
"Check for Problems" this should take 5mins, when the problems show click "Repair Problems" and all your problems should be gone. This worked for me, great programme and it's free.
