timing belt on a n reg fiat punto?

hi anyone who may know abit about cars

how would i fix the timing on a n reg punto myself it is trying to start but will not fire up any help i will be thankfull for

Check you are getting a spark at all plugs cause these cars use two coil packs and 1 can pack up and the car wont start. 1 coil fires two plugs.
