My Nilfisk King 540 will not start?

My Nilfisk King 540 will not start---I have replaced fuse but no joy. What is the most likely cause? Could it be the on/off switch?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you checked all the filters, there is one behind the bag, behind that cloth filter, there is one underneath the vaccuum, get an air compressor and blast the dust out...
