Bosch Logixx tumble dryer trip switch?

My drier is not heating up in use. When this happened before the repair man said that it was just a trip switch that I could reset, rather than pay a call out fee. However he didn't say exactly where it was. Can you advise where it is?

The start / pause button is flashing when I start the dryer,
My last lot of washing was cold when it came out,
Also the dryer will start when the door is open ( not really safe
Any answers

Hi repairers everywhere my heat went on my bosch dryer took out the 2 screws holding on the back plate pushed the little red button in which is right in the middle on a connection and hey presto mended no part fee or call out. I love reset buttons.

David Jackson is correct to the spot! Make sure you clean your machine often so that the overheat switch does not flip! Even if you have been taking out the two filters ( plastic front and long metal one ) there seems to be an accumulation of fuzz way back into the filter case, I never noticed it before till the machine displayed the error and I kneeled to see whether there was something else there. Thank you David!

I just had the same problem and your question setme looking for the trip switch which I found by removing the rear cover which exposes the back of the drum. Between the middle and the left hand side I found a connector with a small red button which I pressed. Problem solved. Obviously if it trips frequently there is likely to be a more serious problem elswhere
