engine misfires at half/full throttle?

I just did top end of 1997 seadoo gs. Rings gaskets and berrings engine starts and runs no problem but it misfires when i give it more throttle. Does not stall but sputters at high end. Any thoughts ?

Don't tell me that you'r full loading an engine with new rings in.you have to run the rings in.NO half or full load for at least 10 hours run time.failure to do this will result in rapid piston bore/ring wear.hope u broke the bore glaze befor fitting rings.
