How can i fix the window of my ford explorer 1995?

I rolled down my window (driver side) in my ford explorer and now it doesn't go back up. How can I fix it.

the window is just jammed in the rear channel just use a thin screw driver to move it forward (making sure you dont chip the glazing) and push the button to wind it up as long as you dont wind da window all the way down it should not play up!
