The brush will not turn on the DC07. The ibelt is not broken. What I do to repair it?

There is a clutch inside the housing which which allows you to disengage the brush bar. The clutch friction plate is worn out
Replaceable as a complete clutch assembly.
Try Ebay. There is a section for Dyson parts and they are darned sight cheaper than the Dyson outlets
