What is search glow that keeps showing up in the Task Manager? ?

How do I determine what this is and how do I get rid of it? I have security galore and cannot understand how this keeps getting on my computer. I have Windows OneCare too and is suppose to keep Windows clear of these issues.

Search_glow is part of Microsoft's Windows Live Toolbar package. Just go to the Add/Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel and uninstall Windows Live Toolbar and Desktop Search, which most people have no real use for anyway.
