99 yamaha jog 49cc oil?

i have a 1999 yamaha jog im needing to know what kind of oil i would put in the crankcase

you don't!! it's a two stroke engine. you have two filler caps under saddle, one's petrol (larger green cap ) the other small grey one is where two stroke oil is poured. this is auto mixed with petrol to lube the engine. run it dry at your peril !!!!!!
