how can i fix my desktop computer hewlett packard s/n hu 30800780 ?

I have a desktop computer hewlett packard s/n hu 30800780 product id :x1058t #abu compaq. microsoft windows xp professional version 2002 pentium (R) 4.
When i boot up my computer i have a blue square on the moniter with these words and numbers.

V:85 HZ
H: 53 . 6 KHZ

How do i fix it.

hmnn. seems to me like the monitor is the problem. sync thing on the video and pc. try replacing your monitor or your video card.
