Help why is my white knight sensordry compact is not giving out any heat?

This is a fairly old dryer which I received from a friend. My old White Knight had a reset button at the back for this but the White Knight Sensordry Compact doesn't seem to have one

if there is no reset stat,you have to be looking at faulty heater or thermostat.you will need a multimeter to test these components
