ecu replacement 01 punto 1.2 8v?

wrere do i locate ecu in car and how do i replace it

You'll need a replacement ECU & Lock set. Some Fiat breakers/specialist can do this for you. Usually around £250 all in, including parts. Don't use main dealer, talking £500+

Are you sure it's your ECU? Have you had the codes read? Again use a none main dealer to read fault codes if ECU light illuminated. Costs around £25-£40. Or you could buy your own OBD 2 code reader off flea bay fo around £20, just plug & play
