how do you clean the filter ive taken the screw front off the bottem of the machine and all there is is a hole with rubber seal which i think is a drainoff the machine goes through its cycle but wont empty please could you tell me how to clean the filter. all the best ian

if the filter is CLEAN? then you MIGHT have a drain pump problem or a blockage further along the pipe i suggest you inspect ALL the pipes beginning with the sump pipe (connected to the bottom of the drum)through to the outlet and PROVE that they are not blocked, along the way remove the pump and test its operation( a new one maybe required)
