hello linda this is a very easy job. undo the 4 screews at each corner of the top plate of the old taps, draw the taps up, and there will be one blue pipe (cold water) and one red pipe (hot water) undo the jubilee clips around these pipes tying some string around the tops so they dont fall down, then simply swap the taps over do up the jubilee clips and so on, 07818865950 will only answer land phones roger
