I HAVE A TOSHIBA TV MODEL#CF3572B CHASSIS# TAC 9190.
TV SHUT OFF BY IT SELF AFTER A FEW MINUTES ON.WHEN I UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL AND PLUG IT AGAIN AND PUSH THE SWITH IT TURN ON AGAIN. BUT AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT TURN OFF BY ITSELF.I THOUGH IT WAS THE RESET BUTTON , BUT IT WONT WORK. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU ED

There are many faults that would cause those symptoms, as that is the TV's power supply protection switching in to protect the TV from further damage.

I would put short-circuit line output (flyback) transistor, high on a list of likely causes, but it could well be something else.
You'll need an engineer.
