Washing Machine will not empty - message reads pump blocked?
I have a Siemens Extraklasse XLS 140 WASHING MACHINE 7 years old - I keep getting message Pump blocked ... but have checked this again and again - after empyting machine manually it works then message reappears on spin cycle - any suggestions. Engineer has been out twice now (£169) and tells me he can't find a fault!?
you MANUALLY emptied the water out and machine worked up to the drain water out part of the cycle. Now you must now PROVE that the PUMP is WORKING as a replacement maybe required.
