my belt had broke on my dryer. I bought the exact same belt that was on the dryer and replaced it but now the pullie that the belt attaches to isnt tight enough and wont let the drum turn. It is attached to the dryer and dont appear to be replaceable. How do i get the belt to fit??

Might be a bit more useful if you put more detail. For example what make & model of dryer is it? There are many different ways to instal belts depending on the model etc. Sounds like you are not putting it on correctly. Suggest you look at alternative ways that the belt can go around either the tension pulley and/or the motor pulley.
