My TomTom stopped working from one second to the next one. I wanted to go to a new address, my TomTom green light was ON, but the screen was empty, dead.
I conected to the wall, and my computer but still everything looks dead. What can I do, I use it for my job every day.
Please somebody help me and I buy you an ice cream... Desperate Francisco

pull out the memory card, reset the tom tom, put memory card back in and swith on. it worked for me. Good luck.

You could try resetting it. If you go to the Tom Tom web site, you can get instructions on how to do it by clicking on the "Support" button.
