I load the washing machine but when I press the start button the washing machine churns for a few seconds and then stops as if no water is loading into the machine.

remove wire around door gasket that holds it to the front cabinet.pull the seal away from front cabinet and this will allow you to get access to door lock.undo the 2 screws to release.fit in reverse
