memory full comes up map still comes up with no vocal directions what do i do

I have one of these too, obviously with a lot less on it.
I suggest you invest in a memory card and slot it in, transfer some of the things eating your memory to it, think I was told 4GB the biggest you can use, but will have to verify yourself, or just connect it to your computer and remove some of the files.
