how can i fix my dryer cl372?

I've got a white knight cl372 wv sensor dryer. drum not rolling but can hear motor buzzing away and still heating up .

drive belt has broken.remove top and look at stainless drum.Is there a black belt around drum?.If not its broken and needs replacing
