I have windows XP an i need help to set up my Lexmark X75 Scanner i don't have a software

Only way is to go the the lexmark website and see if they have a driver for windows vista for your printer, if not then they havn't written one yet. You can also check to see if it is listed when you try and install a new printer within vista.
