Hi, sounds like the water your machine is emptying is coming back into your machine as I can think of no other explanation for your machine filling up with water even when it's switched off, check when your machine is emptying if you can see the water being deposited into a drain outside. If not, it might be that somewhere the pipes are blocked, leaving the water no place to go but back into your machine.
