What's wrong with my Skoda Fabia?

Last night my Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDI refused to start. The glow plug symbol is flashing. The car turns over as normal but does not fire. I've tried again this morning when it's a lot warmer but no change. What do I look at?

could be the glow plug fuse check it nothing to loose!!
